Part of the reason we’re talking about change is because you’re heading into a very active period of time right now with your two Eclipses and the Jupiter/Uranus conjunction in Taurus later next month.

So let’s run it all down.

Let’s talk about the lunar eclipse first, which occurs in just a few days. So, you’re already in the ramp-up to it. The lunar eclipse is happening in Libra, also a sign of balance. When you look at Libra, the archetypal image is the scales of justice and balance. So, this is going to be a moment for you to once again re-balance.

Now, the lunar eclipse is occurring on your South node. The South node is currently existing in the sign of Libra. These nodal shifts occur every couple of years or so. So you recently moved off of a nodal experience of Scorpio and Taurus, and you’ve moved into the nodes being located in Libra and Aries. The South Node is in Libra and the North is in Aries. The South Node is where you’ve been, what you already know, past life experiences. So when the lunar eclipse occurs, you may find yourself doing a tremendous amount of reflection on your past, whether that be past experiences in this lifetime or other lifetimes.

Now, lunar eclipses tend to bring with them some emotional intensity. It’s going to be important that you give yourself permission to feel whatever it is you need to feel in the moment without judgment while at the same time remembering that your greatest power comes in how it is you choose to regulate and respond to your emotions. These are two very different things, the feeling moment and then the response to or the reaction to or the acting out as a result of the emotion. What’s typically required between the two to enable the healthiest response, the healthiest meaning the highest version of you responding, reacting, is that moment in between where you allow yourself to balance.

So, the triggers are going to happen, and they’re probably already starting, and you’re going to notice them probably intensifying over the next few days. The triggers will be both internal and external. The people around you are absolutely going to give you exactly what you need to sort through that which you’re desiring to sort through just as you’re going to give the people around you exactly what they need so they can do the same, but you’re also going to do this internally.

Watch where your thoughts go. You may find yourself just really in your past in your thoughts, cycling through moments of unhealed trauma or cycling through major successes and wins, moments where there were intense emotions connected to them. The more you can let yourself feel what you’re feeling without judgment, and then take a breath, tune into that pink light of balance that enables you to become more centered, operate from both your third and fifth-dimensional consciousnesses in a collaborative experience, and then say the thing, do the thing, make the decision, the smoother this is going to go for you.

None of you are going to do it perfectly every time. So what you need to remember is even when you’re not perfect, you are perfect. Even when you are not perfect in your own judgment you are perfect because in each and every moment you are doing the best you can. This is always true for all of you. You are doing the best you can and what you can always do if you make a mess, if you lash out, if you let that past moment get the best of you and turn you into somebody you don’t like in the moment, what you can always do is use the incredibly powerful magic of making amends. And this again is something we see underutilized on your world, the magic and power of amends, of owning behavior, apologizing, and creating a new template for communication. So we’ll remind you of this piece as you head into next week.

We also want to say, that if you find yourself really in your thoughts a lot, about stuff from your past, do something that allows you to express your creative energy as a way to release that jumble, whether it’s writing, singing, painting, dancing, cooking, gardening, gardening, of course, at this time of year, but there are so many things. Trying on clothing can be an expression of your creative energy, choosing to reorganize your space is an expression of your creative energy. Anything you do is an expression of your creative energy or has a component of your creative energy to it. So just highlight this for yourself as an outlet, for that energy because the one thing you don’t want to do is stew.

You don’t want to stew. You do want to feel what you need to feel without judgment, fully. Stewing often happens because there’s repression in the emotional experience. So you’ll start to kind of tune into the you that is still feeling hurt about something, and then you’ll say, “Why am I feeling this right now? I’m over it, or that was a long time ago,” and that’s you repressing.

Then that you starts to stew. That you is like, “I’m not being heard,” and then that you wants to make a mess to be heard, to be seen. So don’t stew. Let yourself feel fully.

Then, conversely, don’t stew because you’re getting off on feeling fully what it is you’re feeling, and this can happen as well. The converse of the repression is the over-emoting from within and this is not you being in balance.

So this is you finding that balance again in this pink light of the equinox transmission. It’s really going to enable this for you and help you kind of get more quickly into the centered space.
